Yes job is secured provided you don't take things for granted. very good work culture, example all festivals are celebrated in our organization. They appreciate you monetarily and by encouraging mails for your good work. the management is very good because it connects with us by mails and virtual means. the company's policies and transparent as they are all on paper like the leave policy or increment. The organization always distributes chocolates for occasion and also provides snacks to all who are working an a Sunday. one of the best companies i have worked with all the aspects.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
