Salary for entry level person is quite good as compare to other small scale companies. Canteen and transport facility is available. Canteen is of better quality. No calls if you are on leave. 2 EL gets on every month. Company surrounding is good. No work pressure. Events and festivals celebration is good, but need to involve off-role employees also.

Dislikes

... very low, confirmed person also get fired if owner thinks that he is of no use. Notice period employees struggle is very much, his salary gets hold, his notice period gets extended for no reason. 6 working days in a week.
