Company allows the employee to maintain the work life balance. Best HR, always there to help and support. Always an inspiration for many people. Friendly Employees. Location is good.

Dislikes

No work life balance for employees. The management is super careless about what their employees think let alone include them in discussions. There was never a proper structure to the team, only autocratic nature of managerial style. The HR will boast about so many things about the company, but in reality, nothing exists and they have a way to beat around the bush. There are no tools being provided to the sales team. Only free versions of all. Unrealistic expectations from the management on the targets. One the product end, this company is without a CTO and the others tried to keep up it, but the product is ruined. The leaders of the departments believe in traditional way of conducting business which doesn't work out anymore. They generally fail to adapt to newer things, working culture, working methods, new technologies etc. Nothing seems to interest the old chaps. KPIs ususlly change everyday around here, which creates a lot of confusion between team members. Overall, this is SURELY NOT recommended for people who want to start their careers off, mid experienced guys. This company will only suit those who get hired as a department heads.
