Please don't join in this company very worrest company no salary to time no increment yearly 3 years increment highly vapur chemicals there very dangerous chemicals lastly 2 employees died in this company I did joined in last month but not get salary yet till 12th date maybe it will too late

In metrochem process engineering and development team is very good.

Hr policies, company rules are not satisfactory. Salary will credit by the 2 week of month. Increments will not give with proper time line which is given by them.

Top management is with great vision but the middle management makes the company fame and reputation to underneath

A group of peoples only getting their salary not by doing their job only by doing politics .my humble request to make seated with well knowledged and talented person as management representative.that can make every individual can work and support and to contribute our sincere work to make metrochem as best company.

Easy to get job as their attrition is more than 33% Per month. If you don't have job try for Metrochem and start looking for another job since joining.

Toxic working environment & worst politics No increments since 3 years You will never know when will you get your salary. contract payments are 2/3 months delay.
