Please don't join in this company very worrest company no salary to time no increment yearly 3 years increment highly vapur chemicals there very dangerous chemicals lastly 2 employees died in this company I did joined in last month but not get salary yet till 12th date maybe it will too late

In metrochem process engineering and development team is very good.

Hr policies, company rules are not satisfactory. Salary will credit by the 2 week of month. Increments will not give with proper time line which is given by them.

Good work environment and culture, company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary and every year

Salary is decent but career growth is slow,there are two designations are not satisfying employes

Company policies are not good, appraisals are not fair and they do not give any hike and bonus every year.There is a bond for 3 yrs no hike in between this bond.
