Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow

...relationship with rankers.Hardly any HR practices like training and development. HR role is only limited to salary processing. Appraisal is also not regular and depends on management mood. Join with lot of caution !!!!!

Everything is Good in this company but pay scales are very low and their is no policy to promote the efficient and effective employee even they treat them as a normal employee and if such employee going out, let them go and appoint other persona with higher salary. You have lot of opportunity their to work in every department but you can not do this because no one support but if some support them you can work that is GOOD

Nobody support on you work, No Appraisal except sales.

Culture (reasons are below) 1. Company's culture is different for person to person. 2. Promotion/Appraisal on basis of work performance is just a myth here.

Old Style of working, Basic Infrastructure can be improved, System transparency can be improved, culture needs motivation. Lot's of old aged employees so culture is not modern which is the need of time & youngsters Team
