Less work life balance and salary is very low as well as Compensation and other benefits are very less rather its not there. They don't provide any other benefits.

It is a very good company for freshers to start there career.These company is initially certified for Great Place Work. There are lots leanings in these workplace, lots of career opportunities are opened for candidates.

... single employee from Company. They have provided us laptop, keyboard and mouse. Also, they have given the Internet charges per month apart from the salary. Management has played very crucial and important role in this pandemic. They have given the updates from time to time. What I most liked about this company is their policies and company culture is very open and friendly . All employee are on equal grounds and treated equally.

Just I want to highlight that Salary and compensation should be increased in order to motivate employee and this can give company more business.

They hire and fire people. Senior management is worst, single person rule whatever managing director says is final and all rules or policies are useless. They destroyed careers of many hardworking employees for the sake of costs savings. Really criminals.

Went with lot of expectations, but had very horrible experience. you can read it in the dislike comment section

1.after my first job, I got placed here. they told they are hiring for 2 month contact. I said ok no problem. now after 2 months too they are extending our contract. they are refusing to take us on direct payroll. 2. From day one, all the teammates and senior members kept on saying, "BRO YOU HAVE REACHED A WRONG PLACE" I being in my learning curve of my life, this company and the people here have just made life horrible. we went in with lot of expectations, but it's the worst environment to work in.
