The medical and nursing teams work in perfect synchronicity, there is a culture of acceptance from teams working at patient sides and physicians take extra initiations in training their teams and nurses. Respectful attitude from collegues, HR induction and interaction, interdepartmental coherence, incentives at diwali festivals and Nursing trainings are positive aspects of the hospital

Dislikes

Pre-employment checkup has to be paid by employee, salary hikes and appraisals are a downside, internal promotions are not available and external trainings are not free, salary deductions vary each month even when worked paid days, No RH and no annual healthcheck ups, No provision of gratuity, culture of favoritism, gossips and politics I hope some of these things are changed since old senior administration management has left

Good work environment and culture.company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salry hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issue.

...rson at home when I used to come for hardly 6hrs after a continuous 3 days duty. And the compensation too doesn't seen that much since the average working hrs are 48hrs more than normal.
