... good specially (Lady manager) they did not understand the problem of employee..Salery is to low to see work or time their is lots of work but salary is not satisfy our hard work..

Work life balance Salary benefits are good, like increment, promotion and job security is best in the hospital. I thoroughly enjoyed working with my colleagues. it' was a friendly atmosphere and I was motivated to go to the work every day. Management that nothing could stop me from completing objectives on time.

Dislikes

No any skill development opportunities, No-one traveling arrangment. Lot's of politics in side the organization.

Working hrs , salary time delay , and Nursing superintendent & Admin involved in wrong thing & activities . There may be some improvement in nursing staff after resignation of nursing superintendent .

...agement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gamning arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal s are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Umkal healthcare worked started 02aug 2010 and hospital and work salary good but same time salary waiti more above salary increase 10% years different department work knowledge years occasion party and diwali gift but 2013 shift hospital metro hospital and heart Institute......

A single woman in department 7 years and Working hours 9 but every day 1/1.5 hours extra every 7days but payments same like monthly and not increase salary because one every years same reason this is hospital is lose working than no increase salary with no bons any year not gift nothing any one that why I am leaving.
