No parmanent staff is there,the company is run by trainee specially in UHT DIVISION Company culture is too Bad No benefit for trainee Only 7 day official leave per year Engineer are used as a housekeeper There is No respect for trainee's

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. All managers in this company are there to enjoy their life by sitting on there chair. Executives are pressurized in such a manner that they have to leave the job. Managers always put bad points of Executives infront of top management and good thing is that managers are not questioned or kickout. They will not help you in market also. So all the pressure is on you. Promotions are not based on performance.

I am still working 12-13 hours but my work experience is 8 years but salary r not good so I want a better option in my professional career

Good HR policy, salary on time, high PF, good for a fresher as he will get both hands on and management experience plus the additional benefit of being able to manage a third party plant too. Good place for initial development of skills and learning of basics. The QA system is robust and people are dedicated.

Dislikes

Low salary, very less chance of growth, poor work life balance due to hectic shifts, no recreational arrangements made by the company, less products and poor management of amenities like guest house and canteen.
