...sed company, its stakeholders (clients) r understanding and appreciate our work. salary is good.

somewhat boring work place. u r either completing the assigned work or going through LinkedIn or upskilling yourself. there is no engagement/fun activity on floor. Shift timings r us based only. there is hardly any 9 to 6 job here.

Likes: Secured job, minimum 4 hours login policy, birthday and anniversary vouchers, annual and team gifts and parties, free transport till consultant level

Dislikes

Minimum eligibility tenure of promotion, Transport management sometimes, If you are promoted between jan-mar, then your promotion and annual appraisal are both applied on last Dec salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company work life balance is quite good however the managers and the AVP's are very bad with respect to some teams as they do not even allow to take the approved WFH and leaves with irrelevant explanation.

Salary Feminism (promoting female candidates only) Favouritism The higher management doesn't really bother about the policies they mold it for their favourite resource Management behaviour issue

Cafeteria is small inside the office however there is a common cafeteria of SEZ which offers variety.
