It's a good company to work with when you join this company with good salary as after joining you will not get the good increment. No market correction. No night allowance . Learning perspective it's not good as they don't have very good projects except some.

Exposure is very very limited No clarity in terms of career growth No onshore opportunities Health insurance is very very bad. Inclusion of parents in health insurance post 4 years of continuous work is an every worst idea

The company work life balance is quite good however the managers and the AVP's are very bad with respect to some teams as they do not even allow to take the approved WFH and leaves with irrelevant explanation.

Salary Feminism (promoting female candidates only) Favouritism The higher management doesn't really bother about the policies they mold it for their favourite resource Management behaviour issue

Cafeteria is small inside the office however there is a common cafeteria of SEZ which offers variety.

No limit on number of breaks you take, lean days are there. Incentive is now given on yearly basis that is 10% of fixed salary. Yearly appraisals are given between 5-10%. Other benefits are there such as token amounts on occasions such as marriage anniversary(2k Amazon voucher), birthdays(4k Amazon voucher), Sodexo voucher(1k) is given if awarded for exceptional performance. Joining gifts, Diwali gifts, year end gifts are given. Process parties/lunch/dinners are organised twice in a year.

Dislikes

Lot of internal politics. Senior management is least bothered about issues that you face if you are not someone who keeps on buttering your manager. Never discuss anything personal, it will be used against you.
