Working at metlife is a great experience for me, with job security and never found any such thing that can change my mind to switch the job. Its been 4 years with Metlife and many more to go happy to work with Metlife.

I have had no experience as such in my 6 years of work experience. The only thing Metlife can work on is it’s transportation.

Likes

I believe the company did a magnificent job in supporting employees during these hard time. By giving WFH support, enabling everyone with laptop, wifi , 4G dongles and even providing benifits such as wfh setup cost. Work life balance is pretty good and I firmly believe they did a great job when compared to other companies of this scale.

Compensation can be uplifted a bit.

...sed company, its stakeholders (clients) r understanding and appreciate our work. salary is good.

Dislikes

somewhat boring work place. u r either completing the assigned work or going through LinkedIn or upskilling yourself. there is no engagement/fun activity on floor. Shift timings r us based only. there is hardly any 9 to 6 job here.

Likes: Secured job, minimum 4 hours login policy, birthday and anniversary vouchers, annual and team gifts and parties, free transport till consultant level

Dislikes

Minimum eligibility tenure of promotion, Transport management sometimes, If you are promoted between jan-mar, then your promotion and annual appraisal are both applied on last Dec salary.
