...etely settle with the amount of work load. But eventually I am happy to be hear. Min 10% increments and min 10% bonus on your CTC. And many other perks like birthday, anniversary and wedding gift cards to shop. Along with that quarterly gifts. Extremely happy to be a part of this company! Work is a lot but you learn a lot and they compensate you for all the work!

The company work life balance is quite good however the managers and the AVP's are very bad with respect to some teams as they do not even allow to take the approved WFH and leaves with irrelevant explanation.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
