In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Though I am working as Structural Design Engineer,I worked in other aspects as Organizer in PEPSCON Conferences. 5. Metey Engineering Consultant Pvt Ltd is Top notched in Precast Construction Technology. 6. I Interpreted various drawings in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) projects. 7.I had finished a project solely"Head Start Montessori School Building" (Complete Precast Shear wall Technology) in Bangalore (Whitefield area).In this Specific Project, I worked as a Project Coordinator as well as Structural Design Engineer. 8. Moreover I have acquired solid Experience in ICI (Industrial, Institutional & Commercial) buildings.
