Good Salary package, Good colleagues.

Dislikes

No Job security, no medical, no insurance, no canteen, no pick-up/drops. The company is run by family members, hence they treat other people just like numbers. Instead of firing themselves, they fire other employees at will.

...company grown, but not on the employees career growth. He make false promises. I would not recommend people to join this company if you offer good salary package.

Seems like, HR is doing formalities of conducting interviews. They already have decided to fit their own known. They just rejected in interviews because my reason change is financial growth as Metasys have policy of max 10-15 % hike.

My experience was way too bad. They have some very junior people managing the process in India. The CEO is money minded. He is soft spoken so dont fall in the false promises. It's a family business so dont expect your growth.

Career - They will distroy. Training- will not be given. Salaries - yes, that is the only thing you can expect from them. Career growth - forget about it. Job Security - It's a myth. Teammates - they have bunch of jokers.

Company doesn't have any futuristic plans. They need money and clients. No job security, you will be fired any time with or without any reason. One of the worst CEO you can see in this company
