Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

While joining management said we will increase salary after 3 months once you joined management not increase salary till 2 years 5. Salary increment once in 2 years 6. Board of directors only focus on old employees Even if they are wrong. No one can helps and support to new joiners and high skill employees 6. No scope for newly joined employees Old employees stuck to management If you want mental harassment, frustration then this company is for you
