My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Work Life balance is little good as there is no pressure of work as there is no project available to work on. You do work of little to no consequences.

Dislikes

In brief it's a startup company with no projects or clear goals with terrible work culture. HR policies are really terrible here. Terrible manager level employees for development team like they are puppets of CEO and have little technical knowledge. Little to no supports from managers and they dont have any decision making power. Everything will be decided by CEO or his other half who is the HR head. Moreover if you are a female, you have to handle the dirty approaches of the CEO too.
