There is nothing to like about this company as it runs on the whims and fantasies of the owners. It will be a mistake calling it a company as it is a shop run by individuals.

...c 9. Owners abuses the Head of departments on their will in front of Juniors 10. HR department is like a thief deducting something from your salary every month without giving a reason 11. Deduction in the salary are never justified even the owners will involve themselves in deducting money from employees 12. Involvement of owner in everything makes this company worst and i advice everyone to be aware before joining this hell of an organization.

Over all company was good.

Dislikes

Lot of points they didn't give my any offer/joining/relieving letter, even salary gave to in my hand. I asked several times but they didn't give. The behaviour of high authority is not good with juniors .

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
