Everyday 13 hours working hours bad infrastructure higher management planning is a very worst. Everybody knows that work completed tomorrow morning 6:00 p.m. but management staffs pressure pressure more put pressure but its actually completed tomorrow morning 6 o'clock no one understand reality .one person have no work that person actually inside factory 13 hours.

Don't expect yearly promotions. If you Fully accepted any comments without asking thing atleast you can expect decent hike when promotions happens. Work time mention is 8.30 am to 5.30 pm but you can't leave at 5.30 pm. Atleast time extend to 1 to 2 hours, no allowance for that.

This company as to any time give permission of one or more then hours

Dislikes

Company working hours for 8hr But he is forced to 12hr or more then hours . This company as providing safety precautions for only 10%. This company working employees are more then peoples of uneducated.

Dislikes

Job security is not in this company.. I lost my job after lock down due to lack of orders and they are not thinking about the life of working staff
