There is nothing to dislike sir. Only Salary were delayed for some 2 Months which were massively effected during April & May Month.

Metal craft was a good opportunity to work there .my base salary started from 20,000 and they incremented my salry each 6month .overall my teammates are too talented in jobs. Metal craft policy is short term high productivity .Administration staffs are too good to interfere

...is very high in all working hours.sometimes i have to work 14-16 hours staight .They dont give leave salary in vacations...thats all

The company is very good in training and work environment,. But salary and work life balance is very poor. As a beginner we can really go on with the company. In a oil and gas field we can always study something with this company.

Dislikes

Working hours is too high. Normally 12-14,hours a day. Only two sundays are off. Salary increment is not also that much impressive. Only a very little politics is there within company.

In Metal Craft ,Officemates are very good and have helping nature. Professionally pretty much good.

About salary, doesn't matters, matter of-course not credits within the date & very poor salary increment.

I have very bed experience with metal crafts company , welfare facility is 0 transportation facility is very poor , duty timing is very bed, no weekly off and no leave facilities.
