The company has most valuable brand like TATA this is growing and very rich in innovation , technology and R n D based company. I love the fact that I am the part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and an Indian multinational company. In our carrier, it's only company where I have spent 7 years in out of 20 years and I awarded by 3 time all India champion market development . Over all have good experience.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow even some time I have to work not nothing but 10 to 12 hr. Only I have concern of horizontal as well as vertical growth.

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I am happy with working freedom and good ground level staff.

The Work Pressure is very high at critical stages.No any facilities of four wheeler to every employee. and there is very slow growth.

Simply they say it is group. They said me to leave my job because I was not well after working so hard for 3 years. Simply they say ratna Tata do so much social work. When he cannot do to his own employee then what he will do for country
