While I’m grateful for the experience I gained at Metafold Engineering, I realized that employee well-being and growth weren’t a top priority there. That helped me understand the kind of work culture I’m truly looking for—where employee support, learning, and development are valued. I’m now more focused on finding a company that aligns with those values.

Dislikes

"As a Mechanical Engineering graduate, I was expecting to work on tasks aligned with my background. However, I was often assigned civil-related work that didn’t match my skill set. When I raised concerns, I felt that employee feedback wasn’t taken seriously. There seemed to be a lack of clarity in task allocation and internal communication. These experiences taught me the importance of structured roles, accountability, and a culture that values employee input—qualities I’m now prioritizing in my next opportunity.

Likes

Working environment is good. Motivation and birthdays celebration is good part.

Dislikes

Work pressure is more. Concerned departments do not assist to required limits, like production, sales marketing and purchase. Some departments are led by single authority that make descions delayed.

I would like to share my experience about Metafold that It's a good company to enhance your knowledge and learn many things related to your field, also I have had get the opportunity to working under the well experienced staff and my bosses who gave me a lot of guidence and teached me that how to improved your thought process and they always pushed me to learned and make your selves multitasking.

Dislikes

Somewhere we have to improve and learn new things and make ourselves better but few things are come between that are career growth, appraisal, work environment etc.
