The first thing is collaboration. Even though my colleagues come from different culture and they are well experienced than me we worked together to achieve a target with a same mission without any harm.The next thing is , natural and well established work environment . Next one is work life balance which is good.I can work happily in my previous organization without disturbing my personal life.

Lack of stability,.So job security is low.Even though I have good salary package and compensation , the growth is low and one of the reasons is politics.Although I provide good academic results and hardworking person to finish their targets , the desired person only gets benefits from their eyes.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
