The only thing one can like here is salary. They will give you whatever you ask but fire you without any reason. The moment you are done with building solutions for them.

Dislikes

They are not clear what really they want from there employee. CTO is one of the founding member who is full of arrogance and doesn’t care to speak to you but always ready to criticise you. They hire people on as manager and when the person about to complete his/her 1year which make them eligible for bonus, they fire them stating u was hired on IC role n u hv shown not output.

Likes

The company being about helping companies improve their employees' performance, shared a lot of ideologies and methods on the same. These methods were followed within the company as well, which is what made it such a great place to work. Everybody was treated with respect and was accountable for their projects, supportive of each other, and always doing their best to help the others grow.

Dislikes

There wasn't complete transparency on how the company was doing financially. Because of that, when the layoffs happened, it was a shock to a lot of us.
