If you’re ambitious and driven, you’ll get many avenues to explore and grow. Senior leadership is very approachable and friendly. Company culture is mostly good. They try to recognise and motivate employees. Have celebrations for employees a couple of times a year.

Dislikes

Salary is not competent. They’ll expect you to take up a lot of jobs that aren’t relevant to your title. HR policies are too stringent. Very distracted work environment - overuse of devices, you will have to participate in a lot of marketing activities Very parent pleasing school - teachers sometime bear the expense

No respect inside Admin All are not only HR, facility,admin incharge Roshan (but one chairman madam is good and principal Madam is good any mistakes she will told (no mistake me Roshan will play politics with me and remove me (reason one day I talk to madam that's why he removed me (Note:This is not a one school staff behaviour school staff talking politely every one person.

Working at Meru can only benifit your self learning skills as no one at Meru will help you to learn. You can survive only by self learning.

Dislikes

I disliked the most about Meru was interal politics, biased Management right from the coordinators to Principal Ms. Raksha, worst work culture ever seen. People can grow professionally only by buttering their superiors. Very few with only talent can withstand then politics with great patience levels.

Likes

In Meru i came to know how to deal with circumstances, nd tackle people. Many basics it helped my growth in knowledge. It is really good working there we can learn many things in our respective fields.

It's been good learning experience for me
