It's all because of positive energy emancipated by its CEO Shri Kumar Mahalingaiah sir, who supports every employee with equal opportunities and equal preference. He is the vibe of the company. What a punctual and good perspective guy he is. My span span with the company was just 4 months i.e. from Jan to May 2024, but 4 months were the responsible days as per my training and elevating GETs there and I learnt lot of good will with Kumar sir.

In merritt innovative solutions all employees are free to learn but the management is worst they not have humanity also they treat employees like a robots or machines they put our pressure on employees .

Nice place to work. I have learnt a lot in Designing and development. Good facilities available for employees. M.D. Kumar sir is well supportive, encouragement to employees.
