...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...a reputed company and logically their work culture is also a dignified culture .Monitoring culture from top level to grass root level is very much transparent and lastly package is very good.

It is a corporate sector and we all are human being so each person have their own point of view and we al lare professional so in spite of all problem it is ignorable

Politics and oiling to your reporting manager, person who can't even speak English properly and no corporate etiquettes are working here, No corporate work culture, Even some employee are paying some amounts to their senior manager to sustain in a company! Tipical Gujju culture, worst company!

Likes

It is a learning and fun while working with the Reporting Authority and Colleagues in the Legal Department. Colleagues in few other Departments are also cooperating and helpful.

Dislikes

No corporate Rules, No employee friendly policies, No trainings, Horrible salaries, no appraisals, no benefits, No comp offs for working Sundays, No overtime etc. One needs to work here to understand the NO work Culture here.

Esteem platform for beginners , but need to be very strong & clever as far as job security & work culture concern, I started my marketing career from merlin , learned alot, became workaholic & found great exposure with seniors.
