I'm working for them more than 8 year , during all these years I learned many things regarding online and offline assessments, lots of experience ,memories and many more with this company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high at readiness day and mock day. Don't know about other hub but payment structure of east hub is very poor, now a days expenses are received after the event . I'm Tushar Debnath working as a resources of Merittrac Services (KOLKATA) from 2013 to 2021, they will promise that after 45 days you will receive your payment regarding your work but they failed, again an again.

Work culture is good. People are co-operative.

Dislikes

They have pay-parity. There is no uniformity in compensation based on experience and ability. They dont seem to have pay bands based on designations. A person at higher designation can be paid lower than a person at higher designation. There is no growth opportunities. No sill development trainings are ever conducted.

...upport to the event coordinator at all. Who work day and night through the year. Even I got salary r compensation after gap of 3to 7 months gap. Though we are working hard keeping company interest at top. But no job security. No experience letter. Nothing ever not got my full payment yet. No support even when I ask Mr Ravi and some of my manager whom under I was working they reply I will see.

They not respect who work day and night .they only show nonsense sympathy. They will never encourage u. They only know how to get work from u. After that event coordinator are useless for them. If u fall in their foot they only at that time.laugh and act like shameless. People.

work environment is good and it is very use full for the freshers and how to improve communication skills and how to coordinate with team easy to learn everything in merittrack.it is very uselfull for the career growth for freshers.

Dislikes

teammmates are very good and they are communicate each and every persons.and one issue is there salary it is based on weekends little bit hike the salarey very usefull to the candidates and they are more intresting to doing these jobs

Team Leads are Very much supportive, Makes you feel like a family when your a part of Tech Team. Work logic are simple when Your putting your efforts to the most. Team wont give up so easily on you with the higher management.
