Program management has a wonderful leader ,who is growing his team and employees are happy in that department

Worst work culture ,the engineering & the HR department are headed by a bunch of highly demotivating people who only look at their personal growth .Employees are literally treated like trash.

It’s nice to be a part of Meritor, need to look for new and look for opportunities then only growth. If you are idle nothing can happens.

Few projects which was actual technical and challenging.

Casteism!! Majority of managers belongs to one particular caste and very difficult to find growth if you don't belong to that caste. Not a happy environment.
