...pposed to work on Saturdays and Sundays as well and get weekly offs' on Mondays. But again the level of compensation (Incentives) is so high that it's worth it working even on Saturday and Sundays.

I really like the the people who were working there with me that's it.

... even week offs are not provided and people are forced to work extra long hours.the company don't provide any compensation for people working extra.

Stretch most of the times, alot sales pressure, had unnecessary hurdles mostly just for the target concern.

that time incentives were very good, salary on time rest thing depends on your team leader if he/she is good then you can survive otherwise not

to much sales pressure you can not take week off if you did not complete your targets, and managers are not cooperative, I will not take the name but he was very worst team leader at that time
