Daily meeting a new customer with new point of view. and this helped me to giving knowledge about many things.

...y ways if i will explain every thing what i experienced it would become a novel. i would just suggest everyone not to work with this company especially mumbai branch you would get good salary but its your decision whether you want to sell yourself and be a GULAAM and make yourself sick in such a way that you would never become the person you were before joining this company.

... quality time to spend with family while doing job then this job is not for you. Good salary, great work culture, best reporting manager specially Mr. Shivam kesarwani, I haven't met such a good and supporting manager in my whole career.

Dislikes

Work life balance is zero, if you are working only for money and don't care about quality time for your personal life then this is the best place to earn money.

I was hired for Delhi office on May 2020 but on the day of hitting the floor they informed me that i am in Lucknow branch. BM of that branch made life of girls so pathetic.He used to defame the girls if any male colleague used to her in sales. BM always tried to intervene into someone personal space. He used to ask for different favors in return of job security. When 3 girls complained about him neither Manager nor AVP took any action after giving the complaint in written form. Worked for 2 Months and got the worst experience of Life.

Meritnation is little good platform for working that's it. I will not saying more about the company. Actually the reality is I'm not doing working direct from meritnation I'm doing work for a meritnation vendor. So I don't know more about the meritnation.

Dislikes

They are not paid salary timely and this is a very big negative point about the any company.
