... drains you completely. On top of this, come what may there's NO FLEXIBILITY. The variable pay is not paid on time. The F&F policy is not defined properly. They don't even clear F&F and ask you to accept whatever amount they are releasing. They will harass you after putting down the papers. The washrooms were filthy and stinky, they didn't have proper office boys and sweepers to maintain the premises. During events they don't invite the entire team. They try saving every single penny that can we spent on employees welfare and motivation. DO NOT JOIN THEM, EVEN IF THEY GIVE YOU 100% HIKE. THEY WILL TELL YOU ABOUT JOB SECURITY, WHILE THE TRUTH IS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE SECURITY!

...he management is good. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joineers

Good environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but I am on third party pay roll so no support from management they are care about us. They also not involve us in any company program.

I am working here in third party pay roll that's why management not care about us. They are make discussion on any time even then not ask us for any thing they are just give promises but never full fill. I have 1 questions for managers why you hire employees on third party pay roll it's show the company not care about there employees.

No late sitting culture. Many of the promoters are humble and down to earth. MD's wisdom is exemplary though not getting translated in improvement in culture

Dislikes

6 days work though Sat is work from home. School like discipline. Empathy for employees is not visible. Organisation seems to be obsessed with keeping employees present in office even in difficult situations. Old style company though seems to be trying to change (change is far).
