There is good job security. People are good ( if you can tackle politics). Salary is on time. Campus is awsome.

Dislikes

...mployees mostly. Only junk food available in small canteen. Management is ok ok. No slab wise salary. Your junior may have better package than yours. Work from home issues are there except in few teams where their heads take stand for team's safety. No yearly cultural program for the employees. Hardly any training provided during probation. Health insurance amount deducted by 50%.

...working experience. According to this is a good company for learning employer. According to skills and experience it can provide a good package to its employee. Over all my experience with this company was very good.If I have another chance then I would like to work with this company again. Thank you very much.

I dislike only one thing that there is no Canteen for employees.

Recruitment is challenges.The organization's low salary increases (10-12%) create a constant cycle of recruitment due to high employee turnover and never ending expansion of various projects. This organization primarily focuses on recruitment, neglecting other important HR aspects like employee development, well-being, and engagement. It's really very frustrating to work as a recruiter.

I work in 14 year job completed but my salary is not growth and position is not growth . My superseded person has been promoted and the pay scale is higher and he doesn't even have the skills to work
