I never recomend anyone to join this company...there are lot of complaints from the doctors regarding the company's products, also superior's are doing inter politics,so there is no job guarantee, so I never recomend

The Compensation is decent as don't get the incentive on time and the expenses also get delay by 10 days. But the work pressure is high

AM WORKING IN MERIL AROUND 4 YEAR'S, SUPER PRODUCTS, SALARY ON TIME.

It's manager driven company,no HR is there, Meril HR Salary is waste of money,it's useless, Job security is not there,only stock dumping is doing,primary Sales only happened with out secondary Sales. After resignation in 2 years , i didn't receive my salttlement also.

Politics by Area Manager and Regional Manager in Endo Surgery Division Gujarat. Employee discrimination and favoritism. No Salary growth. Incentive planned in such a way that you want be able to achieve. TA and DA is very less as compare to other companies. If you met with accident and you are on leave due to fracture in you leg company will deduct your salary.
