It's manager driven company,no HR is there, Meril HR Salary is waste of money,it's useless, Job security is not there,only stock dumping is doing,primary Sales only happened with out secondary Sales. After resignation in 2 years , i didn't receive my salttlement also.

...althy bonds .our company's are hosting virtual versions of all hands meetings. Now nearly six months in pandemic covid 19 crisis our company's given us Salary in time. We love organisations and stand with them always from the bottom of my Heart.

Only dislikes expenses are not approved by my immediate Boss in time. Try to cost cuttings in logistics. Raise one invoiceas per opi and material to be dispatched in one boxes. Team leader shoud get more power in closing the deals. Team leaders are building bridges in between flsp and with our seniors.

I never recomend anyone to join this company...there are lot of complaints from the doctors regarding the company's products, also superior's are doing inter politics,so there is no job guarantee, so I never recomend

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base

The Compensation is decent as don't get the incentive on time and the expenses also get delay by 10 days. But the work pressure is high
