Infrastructure is unbeatable. Opportunity to learn by involving yourself in different tasks within team or some other department when required. No lay offs during lock down. Good teammates and huge cafeteria.

Dislikes

Salary is decent against the work load. Low increments. Management will only try to get the most out from you but it will fail to commit when it comes for a reasonable hike. They will hire someone who has less experience or knowledge in place of leaving employee that too with same or on higher salary but they will not give a reasonable hike to their own employee.

Job security is good, in pendamic seasion company has not fired to single person. I like Youngester team. Work exposure is good.

In Covid time company deduct salary, Usually increment is not done till sep of following months which is too late, Employee turnover is high.

Never ever sign any service bond here,or you will be in trouble. No proper policy it changes according to the weather. HR is not reachable Only hike will happen when you will join after that forget it. Expesne strcture is very poor. .... Stay away from this organization

This organization primarily focuses on recruitment, neglecting other important HR aspects like employee development, well-being, and engagement. It's really very frustrating to work as a recruiter.

Something to be disliked is salary increment... But you can make your salary by yourself increment depends on your dedication towards your work.
