It's manager driven company,no HR is there, Meril HR Salary is waste of money,it's useless, Job security is not there,only stock dumping is doing,primary Sales only happened with out secondary Sales. After resignation in 2 years , i didn't receive my salttlement also.

I never recomend anyone to join this company...there are lot of complaints from the doctors regarding the company's products, also superior's are doing inter politics,so there is no job guarantee, so I never recomend

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base

The Compensation is decent as don't get the incentive on time and the expenses also get delay by 10 days. But the work pressure is high

... is defined. The same exists in the Vapi HQ too making working very difficult. Because of the low salary packages, the talent pool is mediocre. The HR function is extremely weak and has no clue about the policies. Wrong practices are rampant across the organisation.
