Pure culture maintaince system is best in world known as DPCS. Environmental monitoring of lab is also have best strategy among all testing labs. Overall good experience to work and learn advance and precise things in microbiology but these all required lots of hardwork, dedication, focus and time towards your job so that that effects the work life balance. For freshers best place to learn and work so freshers go for it.

Average salary and benefits. Work pressure due to lesser staff always. Tremendous pressure to perform very well all the time. No work life balance during the job.

...security is Zero. People are not at all good. Very bad place for womens to work. No good salary. I joined there and worked for 2 months then resigned, i prefered staying jobless for 7 months after that, then to work there.

Worst marketing managers and QA team because the the marketing team fails to give business to Bengaluru Merieux Nutriscience lab having more than 70 employees the laboratory suddenly closed by the top management team who is sitting in Mumbai Microchem siliker CEO and Vice presidents All the 70 employees lost the job

Everything is systamatic, they work orderly through hierarchy and each one have to follow their defined job description or job roll. They demand improvement in performance from time to time.

Dislikes

1) Less man power to much work. 2) Indian hierarchy are to much biased towards North Indian based employees, they dont give any high post to South Indian even thought we are highly competitive and better performers. 3) International team still not knowing baised blaming for poor market presence and yes branch got closed at bangalore due to poor market presence and mainly North Indians in South Indian regional office never understood local business, language and local people. Lost such a beautiful company and employees in less lower job role..

During my work tenure got a lot of customer complaint handling experience, RCA and CAPA . Handling customer specific requirements meeting deadlines. Was sent for training external. Great experience
