Nothing. Absolutely Nothing. The head of Manning in Meridian Marine is himself unaware of the duties and roles and responsibilities of himself. There is no ways he can train or guide his juniors there. Office is opened just to make money and with no prospects to make employees grow in the organisation. Rules are not followed. Un necessary late sitting, even if there is no work in office. No clear ideas or goals are discussed with employees. No proper office setup. No proper computers to work, no proper recreational facilities. Not even paying staff salaries on time. My suggestion to any one out there if in case they get offer from Meridian Marine Management Pvt Ltd, straight away reject it
