Company is good for the fresh to get experience for 1 or 2 year in production about CNC - lathe and VMC that has various operation like threading, faring, drilling, grooving, with material like Brass, carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum, strict compliance to customer standard and general standards.

There no future for experience person, Once you reach 20,000 salary management will start screwing till you give resignation letter.
