Nothing. Very bad work culture by ABM Varanasi Anupam Shukla and Varanasi Business Executive Manish Singh. Had to left after 2 days of joining. Joined on 3rd Jan Resign on 5th. Reason, pressure for sell from very first day, disrespect new employee in front of stockiest. Varanasi Business Executive behaviour who joined ABM Anupam for induction was very arrogant and bad, since he was performer of the year so company didn't said anything to him. Sorry to joined.

Numbers not happening NSM and RM will start find mistakes to remove you out from the company..they will not find solutions

Company is good but the people are toxic

Some people are toxic if we say good things also they will not listen They think that this fellow is dangerous for their side income so we have to remove him for anycost

Work environment is extremely good and employees are also very supportive and they also provide work from home benefits

I initially joined on a contract basis, but I aspire to work on a permanent basis. Unfortunately, due to my current skills and educational qualifications, that might not be feasible, which is something I'm not particularly fond of.

Job security is good basis your contributions, work culture involves intense learnings and teachings for individual development, need to work in high performing teams, company policies are employee friendly especially during the pandemic times.
