Work culture one of the best thing specifically with German Based organization. Free food 3 times that too very good. Work life balance, and good brand value. Short term onsite opportunities. Job Security.

Compensation not that good compare to there competitor below par salary. Work wise might not be always new project to work upon.

 I've asked for a salary increase for the last 6 months and kept getting excuses. Excuses depletes your moral. My co-workers were great to work with, but management needs improvement. There's no growth and the pay will stay the same for many, many years without increases

...ed or no action taken against managers global assessments given by employees. 6. Poor salary structure. New employees are given 25% to 35% hike. But old employes are given 5%. 7. Managers T5 are not compitative to get work from german teams. Will ask team to showcase or force to get projects.And they will take the credit. 8. Many more...
