Work culture used to be good but not it's very bad.

Dislikes

This organization is plagued by favoritism and groupism, making it difficult to grow unless you're part of the inner circle. While the founders seem genuinely cool, they appear unaware of the toxic, petty politics at play. RMs and designers work hard, but higher management is indifferent and unappreciative of their efforts. Whenever there’s a client escalation, the BMs don't even step in to handle it, they lack the guts and just want to play it safe. After a certain point, there’s no room for learning or personal development.

The employees here do moon lighting. They keep disturbing other people so that one completes his side business and he concentrates on his work. Idk if this company doesn't have enough graphic designers.
