No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Completely dissapointed, No work-life balance especially for girls very poor experience for girls to work here. They force to make you work at night, weekends without any considerations. Salaries are consistently delayed evry month causing financial stress. No proper management, lacks professionalism. Highly toxic organisation. Overall it has been a horrible experience. I will not recommend anyone for this company.

I am deeply disappointed to share my recent experience with Meon Technologies Noida-62. Just two days ago, I was thrilled to receive an offer for an Automation QA position, a role I was incredibly excited about. However, within three days, I was abruptly let go without any clear explanation or prior warning. Such unprofessional behavior not only disrupts one's career but also shows a lack of respect and integrity towards employees. Companies must realize that their actions have real impacts on people’s lives and careers. I am now actively seeking new opportunities where my skills in Automation QA can be valued and where professional ethics are upheld. Thank you.

0% work satisfaction. 0% skill development, if you didn't develop your skills at your own you'll be fire at any time. 0% job security No appraisals only paper formalities. No benefits beyond your minimal salaries. No life only work even you're at home in the evening or midnight they didn't even care about that. Terrible work environment

The workplace culture encourages employees to think outside the box, explore new ideas, and contribute to the company's growth. This innovative spirit creates an energizing and dynamic atmosphere. 2. Supportive Leadership: Meon's leadership team is genuinely invested in the success and well-being of its employees. Collaborative Team Dynamics: Teamwork is at the core of Meon's success. Colleagues are not just coworkers but collaborators, making every project an opportunity for collective achievement. The collaborative spirit fosters creativity, improves problem-solving, and creates a sense of camaraderie among team members. 4. Professional Development Opportunities: Meon recognizes the importance of continuous learning and growth. The company invests in its employees by offering various professional development opportunities, including workshops, training programs, and mentorship initiatives. This commitment to ongoing education ensures that employees stay ahead in their respective fields. 5. Work-Life Balance: Meon places a strong emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This is evident through flexible work arrangements, remote work options, and a culture that values the well-being of its employees. The company understands that a balanced life contributes to increased productivity and job satisfaction. In conclusion, working at Meon has been a positive and enriching experience.
