Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Stupid/Toxic/ Feminist CEO. Guys don't join this company you will be removed within a month without paying your salary. Ishita is such an illogical arrogant non experienced CEO. There is no SOP followed in this company, being an employee you will be blamed for everything because you are getting paid for it. Ishita raises her voice daily in a manner reminiscent of a chaotic environment, such as a fish market. Who the hell is investing in this company. Dear Investors please wake up and gather employee insights.

Ishita, Toxic work culture, Illogical process. Idiotic behavior of CEO. I agree on one thing it's a crowded ecom market place where a dog continously barks on every one without any reason.

If you think there's something to be liked in Meolaa, then you are such a fool.

Dislikes

There's nothing to appreciate here—just a toxic and exploitative culture. No matter how much effort you put in, HR dismisses it, takes credit for your work, and then puts you on a PIP, ultimately firing you for 'poor performance' at Meolaa.
