No pf, no health insurance, or any employee benefits. Timing are strict. If log out time is 6.30 and once in a while employee need to leave early they make him/her stand there and question. They are hesitant to give 12 leaves a year. They add all Saturday and Sunday festival which is not important and leave weekday festivals. So overall an employee will get only 6/8 leave per year. They make an employee's life worse there.
