There is nothing to like about this company as this company never let you grow in your career.

Dislikes

So much to dislike about this company especially their policy, salary, politics, but they will soon lose all their best employees if they never going to listen and understand the situation of their employees. NOTE*: THEY USE ILLEGAL NULL AND VOID BOND TO SCARE THE NEWLY UNAWARE CANDIDATE TO HOLD HIM/HER IN THE THEIR COMPANY FOR NOTHING.

...nagement is transport. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

The company is good as most of the people were good. we worked on latest technology and also it provides good benefits and compensation, and i am happy to be a part of the organisation. Plus point is my colleagues came from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration, in the end we all became good friends.

Dislikes

The worst thing is SOME managers do not behave with dignity (Only Delhi Staff), many times i felt like harassed by the managers. However head office management is awesome (Banglore staff) as they are very understanding and very helpful. Many times we have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

Getting experienced from there is good.

Dislikes

There is no respect of the employee because they have project in Govt. So the govt. Employee don't give respect to the same fellow colleagues. Also there is a bond of 5 years so its look like we are in a cage and we don't find another opportunity untill we paid bond amount which is very huge for the middle class job person.

There is no COVID-19 policy in this company, If you working for Memco until you are safe, if you infect with COVID-19 then the company is only asking through phone no actual support. Employees have to take care of themselves from COVID-19 if they result positively. Not actual support from the Company. This support is very disappointing for employees. I hope this would be better in other ways.

Dislikes

There is no carrier growth, You need to inform the company for your destination change after works 4~5 years, the company is not taking care of his employees, once get the project from other third company, then only those employees are taking care whole project growth, company sides no support. In this way, employees feel more burdon.
