No team spirit, everyone is working for their own personal interest, work there as sycophant then your job is safe otherwise your boss will fire you and take your achievement in his own account and top management will not listen you.

Melzer gives ample opportunity to hone one's skills in microbiological analysis applicable in several different industries like food, wood preservation, sugar, pharma additives, textiles and metal working fluids to name a few. I gained expertise in Preservative efficacy testing, microbial enumeration techniques, root cause analysis and conducting R&D projects. Was given an opportunity to give presentations to coveted clients like Reliance Industries. I was able to pursue my part time MBA following which I got my due as a promotion to Managerial Staff. Salaries and increments are always on time without delay. Sufficient leaves and no overtime hours.

Melzer chemicals is the best place to learn and enhance your skills. Working environment is employee friendly. I learnt many things from my seniors. They are providing training to learn many new skills. Policies are best for employee. Salary increment is always in time.They don't believe to keep their employees under work pressure. The management is always thinking for their employees benefits. Management always believe in team work. For me its the best place to learn and work.
