There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't see our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Work-personallife balance couldn't be maintained due to pressure in work

It's a good work and also to learn more skills for our future. I had learned many skills after steped here in this company. I improved my skills with the help my teammates and colleagues. They are very helpful for freshers. There is no discrimination between employees . This is a place where freshers can percieve and create their career for future.

Dislikes

No negatives about this firm. Training for freshers is mandatory. But here it is lacking here..

Very bad place to work. I find only favorism plays a vital role. They have their asset set of people who are useless.

Dislikes

No professional feel. People who are in superior position are useless and they don't deserve it.
